Hi Dany,
Our new offerings for ITM / ITCAM are called IBM Cloud APM and you can find more information here:-
https://www.ibm.com/uk-en/marketplace/application-performance-management
The solution is 100% the same if you use it as a SaaS offering, no infrastructure to own and maintain, or if you wish to deploy it yourself in your data centres. Knowing an ITM agent means you understand all the endpoint part and the all new part is akin to what you would have called TEMS/TEPS, ie supporting infrastructure.
Note the SaaS model plugs, at the check of a box, into our Predictive Insights (PI) analytics solutions which automatically learns, without a service model or other CMDB pre reqs, what is normal and can highlight issues ahead of time and enable root cause identification too. You can also install PI in your datacentre which automatically learns from any/all APM tools you may have so you can have a proactive manager of managers approach to APM.
With regards to event management as you will likely know OMNIbus/Impact has evolved into Netcool Operations Insights (NOI) so you can still deploy and run this or you can use it as a service provided by our business partners too.
If you are looking for a SaaS solution look no further than Cloud Event Manager (CEM) which can gather and manage events and has ties into other SaaS capabilities like RunBook Automation (RA) (auto fix things) and Alert Notification (AN) (text you or send event to your phone app)
SaaS or on premisis:

100% SaaS but can interact with on premisis tools for hybrid management.
