With Workplace assistant, what kind of "setup" is required for the agent to map general business questions to the different implicit or explicit concepts in the process apps/toolkits/BAW API, etc...

If the WxO agent called by BAW has forms/UIs, how do they manifest in a BAW UI?

How is the WxO agent versioned-managed with the rest of the BAW process application?

I seem to remember that BAW 25.0.1.0 was not intended to be an upgrade path - you can only use it as a new install. Is that still a limitation?

Thank you for this informative webinar. Two questions on the contents:

    (1) Is the new AI integration available in all BAW editions, including BAW Traditional?

    (2) Can you tell whether these new features will also be included in the next major BAW release - most likely V26 - and whether an upgrade path from earlier BAW versions will be made available then?

    • Instana Integration
Is Instana an additional component that must be separately added to the suite, or will it be available once we upgrade to v25 on Traditional? Additionally, is containerization required to utilize Instana, or can it be used in a traditional deployment model?

    • Agentic Capabilities in Blueworks Live
How are the agentic capabilities-such as automated process creation and variable optimization-being leveraged within Blueworks Live? Are there any plans to further enhance or expand this functionality in upcoming releases?

Please help with the queries below, as we are setting up a fresh environment and would like to take advantage of the latest released features.
    1. We are trying a standalone installation of BAW 25.0.1.0 on Red Hat Linux, but the installation package appears to be available only for AIX.
    2. Is there any constraint related to the support period, since this version is listed as limited‑support? BAW 25 follows a 3+1+3 support model, so we would like to confirm if the same applies to BAW 25.0.1.0.
    3. Will BAW 26 support standalone upgrades, or will it be available only as a containerized deployment model?
