Matt mentioned a new text extraction framework that will be used to handle OCR, hand-written text extraction, etc. I am curious if this framework relies or is built on docling.ai or if it's a different text extraction engine?

I need some clarification about the "text extraction" that was discussed at the very end with regards to OCR and annotations. It sounded like there is an "upstream" text extraction step that takes place, which creates an annotation that is linked to the document. What is this text extraction step? Is it built into the Property Extraction and Classification Agent? And is the "annotation" literally a P8 Annotation object that is linked to the document?
