Unable to Upgrade 11.2.2 to 11.2.3 or 11.2.4

    We are unable to upgrade our both Cognos Environments.
    They are currently running FINE on 11.2.2... we tried to upgrade to 11.2.3 and 11.2.4 and the same occurs....
    Any help would be appreciated.
