Could you please check the two options below?
1 - Open 3306 port
description for this port: Communication between central manager and managed units
TCP 3306 – MySQL, opened to specific sources (for instance, the Central Manager is open to all managed units; a managed unit is open to the Central Manager)

2- The shared secret key information of your devices must be the same.
Can you check shared secret key ?

Subject: Unable to connect from Central manger to Collector
Hi, After installing Collector, tried to register the Collector with Central manager. Now it has been changed as Managed unit but when i checked in collector GUI getting the error stating that unable to connect to CM, functionality is limited until the connection is restored. Verified the port connectivity, 22 & 8443 are open bidirectionally. By using ping cmd in CLI, able to send & recieve from CM to Collector & collector to CM. How to resolve this issue ?
