    I have been trying to connect to Chatbot in IBM RPA 21.0 and facing the below issue.


    I believe the installation has no issues.


    Anyone can help me out in this?

    Not On-Prem. On-Prem you need to provide your own subscription.
    In the SaaS offering this is not required, you can test without your own subscription.
