We having a doubt and hopefully someone would able to answer why it may caused.
This already happened twice(first occurred on 19 Feb and second occurrence on 23 Apr).

Our TWS Master(MDM) is suddenly failed to run makeplan.
Usually, it would not fail to run on everyday basics started at 04:59 a.m.

Then, we need to stop all the TWS services including the DWC service.
And start up again all the TWS services including the DWC service.
Then we re-run manually the makeplan, and it able to run successfully.

Dear Veronica,

We already open a support case TS022041114 and the support suggested to add the job delay between startappserver and makeplan.

We feel this suggestion is not make any sense as this is a default jobs for the makeplan and not be customization for it.
Do we have any other way to solve this issue, and why others not encounter this issue?
