Session 3163: IBM Db2 Query Monitor for the Web Client interface.

Db2 Query Monitor comes with two interfaces, ISPF and a Web Client.  This is a hands-on-lab which will take the user through the Web Client interface.   From the web browser on your laptop, you can review query activity in Db2 Query Monitor, view the SQL CA, Db2 Commands, view alerts, and configure actions and responses.  This is a one hour session (bring your own device) where you will be given a document showing you step by step how to perform the following:

    1. An Introduction to IBM Db2 Query Monitor (CAE) and logging onto our Hands on Lab environment.

    2. Navigation, sorting techniques, exporting data, custom views, etc.

    3. Building graphs, comparing workloads.

    4. Introduction to alerts.

    5. Setting up alerts for SQL Codes like -551 or -904.

While we will not finish in an hour, this session will get you started and you can continue on your own.

Date/Time: Thursday, Oct. 9 at 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM EDT   (Hilton; Room TBD)
