I'm trying out a free trial of IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription.

This process complete the installation.

However, as I open the program, it only load and doesn't open.

It only progresses until login, but no further progress can be made.

I tried 3 PCs just in case, but it only loads and doesn't work.

How should I handle this?

Log source type : Universal DSM Protocol Configuration : Http receiver Communication type : Https and client authentication Listen port : 122469

Have had done with above configuration creating new log source in QROC platform. Can you assist where to copy the certificate in Data gateway for secure log retrieval Do I need to copy in some default storage path?
