I am seeking guidance on understanding and managing user permissions in Apptio Planning.

I want to give user permissions of every plan in Planning for respective Cost centers owners, earlier I used to add in Cost Object Permission in Configuration, but now every plan has Plan Settings and has User permissions, do i need to add every CC owner in it every time i add new CC owner, is there any short cut ?

Please Guide me.

Check out these release notes.  You should have the option to publish permissions to all plans.
