    In this session, we will discuss how to qualify and quantify valuable customers for the business with limited evidence. We will use an example to demonstrate how to create an explainable representation for each customer and then use the evidence to perform qualification. Then, we will further quantify the value of each customer by statistical method. At the end, we will show an example application to demonstrate how to use the business insight discovered to aid business decisions.
