    Hi,
     
    I am currently using PAW and PASS version 2.1.22. I have enabled the "Show status bar for websheets" property under the Advanced section of the book properties. However, I am still unable to see the status bar in the websheet, including the expected SUM functionality.
     
    Could someone please confirm if there are any additional prerequisites or configuration steps required to enable this feature?
     
    Has anyone successfully activated this functionality in PAW/PASS? If so, could you please share the steps or any additional settings required?

    I've seen this happen when the property is enabled but the websheet session hasn't picked up the updated book settings. Try saving the book, closing the websheet session, and reopening it after confirming the property is enabled at the book level. Also check that your PAW/PASS versions are fully aligned, as some websheet features depend on the exact Planning Analytics components installed. If it still doesn't appear, checking the PAW logs for websheet rendering errors would be the next step.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply.

    Below is a screenshot from the IBM Cloud environment showing a saved report with the "Show status bar for websheets" property enabled. However, I still can't see the status bar.
     
    As I'm using the Cloud environment, I don't have access to the PAW logs to investigate further. At this point, I think I may need to raise a support ticket with IBM.
     

    Before doing that, I just wanted to check whether I'm missing any configuration step or prerequisite. If anyone has this feature working,

    Hi Jitesh,

    Experiencing the same issues as you with this functionality.
    After enabling the "Show status bar for websheets" under the Advanced options for the book, saving the websheet, logging out, opening a new tab, clearing cache etc. I am still not seeing anything new.

    I have tested on PAaaS and 3.1.9 TP - both have the following PASS versions:

    Jitesh great question.

    For versions 2.1.22 and 3.1.9, you need to manually enable a general flag. Starting with versions 2.1.23 and 3.1.10, this flag will be enabled by default - no additional configuration required.
    You should be able to view the information after you turn ON "EnableStatusBar".

    Jitesh - thanks for starting this thread. Did this work for you, after I enabled the PAW book to have "Show status bar for websheets" and created the Websheet feature flag paramater "EnableStatusBar" I am still not seeing anything. 

    We are running on the IBM cloud with PAW version : 2.1.22
    If it works can someone share a screenshot of where it would appear ? not sure if I am not seeing it and its active or just not working for me.

    I had first done it with upper B and then tried with lower b. currently I have it set to lower b and same issue - not seeing anything happen.

    Ok, you have to also make sure the properties of the book is set to "Show status bar for websheets". That is under General > Advanced.

    Here is mine working. Note, you have to select some data to see it:
