Dear Team,

I am facing a challenge on calling the OIDC userinfo endpoint, which is taking more time (50 sec) to response even though I am not using multiple calls for attribute only passing the subject value (login id) on the claim. 

Kindly need your advice is there any configuration setup required for this to make it fast.

Hi Vijay, it's really difficult to try to help you without the nomal troubleshooting information, like:

• Did you try to open a support ticket?
• Which version of the software are you running?
• You're quering based on the loginid which data?
• The date it's stored where ? If it's on the LDAP server, do you enabled the audit.log to see the queries running there ?

There are a lot of places where this could be having issues
