No detected Host Integrity VM in the console

  • 1.  No detected Host Integrity VM in the console

    We have installed in 3 VMs with HP-UX 11.31, the agent for HP-UX version 9.2.23 installed and running, residing in 2 Integrity VM hosts that also have the agent running.

    In the Big Fix console we do not see the hosts as "computers" and neither does a VM.

    What can be the problem?

    Additionally, the ILMT dashboard does not present PVU data, or VM processors, or hardware inventory, I understand that it may be because we still do not see the hosts.

    I would like to know what may be happening, please.

    Were you able to see the machine in Big Fix console->computers?

    We might need further checks on this, so if your issue still persist please raise a new case?
