    Hello I am building a dashboard in IBM Cognos 11.2.4 version where I have a requirement to move the value LESS THAN 1.0 at the top of 1.0-2.0 inside a filter dropdown, the filter has been created using dropdown list is there any way I can do it ? Please find the attached screenshot for reference
