I have an environment with base lang = EN and additional languages installed i.e Swedish. 

I have some start Centers that are creted in Base Language and then translated so swedish users will have portlet descriptions & Attribute descriiptions in Swedish. 

Now I want to move this from DEV to TEST with MIGMAN so i created a Migration Group containing migration objects 
DMQUERY (W. source object QUERY)
DMSCTEMPLATE (W. source object SCTEMPLATE)

So I manage to migrate the start center to TEST but I only manage to migrate the English version. 
How to also get the translated parts over so I do nit have to manually translate the SC's again. ?

You need to migrate the MAXLABELS and L_MAXLABELS tables ,

1. Create a relationship between SCTEMPLATE and MAXLABELS ,(app='STARTCNTR' and id like '%'+:contentuid+'%')
2. Create an object strucutre with type migration contain SCTEMPLATE,MAXLABELS,L_MAXLABELS (You need to use the relationship created before)
3. Use the object structure created to create a migration group
