For those of you actively searching for your next position,  you may want to consider the Professional Service Group of Central New Jersey at https://psgcnj.biz/

PSGCNJ offers weekly virtual meetings where job hunting tips are shared, as well as the chance to network with other professionals. It is not limited to IT persons. It's a place to develop and maintain the skills and confidence you need to land your next job. Consider joining them to hear speakers, get information about job hunting in today's market, and network with your peers. You need not live in NJ or even in the USA to participate. It operates as a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit group where you can volunteer to work on their various committees (one of the committees is focused exclusively on IT) and can mark that on your resume as 'pro bono' employment.

Take a look at their website and see what they have to offer. And the best of luck to all of you in landing a new position!
