    Hi All,

I have been using as a pilot for Java on zOS to have interoperability from COBOL and vice versa.

I can call Java classes and methods from COBOL batch and vice versa. This was done done with LE runtime compilers XPLINK and POSIX.

I am not able to call Java classes and methods from COBOL-CICS program. Could some one can help me over here.

Note: I don't want JCICS and JCICSX from Liberty Server because that's done and we can connect COBOL-CICS from Java.

    Thanks

    Utpal

Can you give me more context please. What are you attempting to do and with which Product(s) ?
I'm familiar with Enterprise COBOL invoking the JVM to call Java methods but am not familiar with "COBOL-CICS".
    .
    Thanks.

Hi Utpal, I just saw this message. I'm wondering if you resolved your issue already. Would like to point you to some recent documentation of COBOL/Java interop that we have consolidated here, including latest framework that makes the interop much easier - https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/ims/15.4.0?topic=ims-31-bit-cobol-64-bit-java-interoperability
