    How to accept HIPAA EDI Non-Compliant files in ITXA and get 999 out of it when level of validation is of Type 1?
    example:
    if x12 has incomplete REF segment like REF*1L
    Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

    Depending on the level at you want the invalid data to be accepted, take a look at setting the "Handling of non-compliant Interchanges:" value in the inbound ISA/ISE envelope  to Accept:  https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSDF7K_9.0.0/com.ibm.help.spe_admn.doc/r_ASCX12Inbnd_ISA_IEA_EnvFieldsInterchange.html,
    or Handling of Non-Compliant Groups in the GS/GE at https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSDF7K_9.0.0/com.ibm.help.spe_admn.doc/r_ASCX12Inbnd_GS_GE_EnvFieldsGroup.html or  Handling of non-compliant Transactions for the ST/SE at https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSDF7K_9.0.0/com.ibm.help.spe_admn.doc/r_ASCX12Inbnd_ST_SE_EnvFieldsTransaction.html

    For the 999, set Generate an acknowledgment to Always
