IT Planning - Cost Object Permissions

    Hi,

     

    I'm creating my Plan 2020 and I'm trying to configure my Cost Object Permissions.

     

    My question is how can I create sub-groups for each department?

     

    Eg:

    D1 - Department1 

    D2 - Department2 (CC 1111 & CC 1112)

    D3 - Department3 (CC 1113 & CC 1111)

     

    D1 is the Parent. D2 and D3 the children.

    HI,

     

    The only way to change the grouping structure is to do so in your department reference dataset. That is what feeds the cost object permissions table.
