  • 1.  IS Admin Page issue

    Hi All,
    I would greatly appreciate if anyone could provide me the solution for the below query.

    IS Server being up and running, but some of the pages in IS Administrator like package management, adapters, external servers, also few of other pages are not loading and blank.   What could be the possible reasons and solution for this. Attaching the snip

    Hi Sadik,

    Do you see any failure messages in the IS server logs when this happens? Also, have any fixes been installed recently? You may also want to try accessing it using a different browser such as Firefox or Edge.

    Alternatively, you can use the following URL: http://hostname:port/WmRoot/

    This will display the interface in the old Admin UI format.

    Please let us know the outcome.
