Hi,
Using the Planning Analytics Workspace administration tool, you can check both items. If you click on Administration and then Databases. Then click the Agents tab. On the right it will show you the total memory used and the total storage used. If you click on the databases tab, you can see how much memory each instance is using.

As a note, Planning Analytics generally does not release memory until a restart. So generally, the longer the instance is running, the higher the memory usage will be.
