  • 1.  ICN classic theme deprecated, when removed?

    Posted 09/13/24 08:46 AM

    Hi,

the ICN release notes for 3.0.14 mention, that the classic them for on-prem installations has been deprecated.

Is there a plan when it will be REMOVED?

    Kind regards,

    Gerold

    Nanda,

thanks for your prompt reply. Let me phrase the question a little bit more practical :-).

If a customer decides to upgrade to CPE 5.6 and ICN 3.1 (because of longer support) will it be guaranteed that the classic theme will be available for the whole lifecycle of 3.1 ? Or is it safer to go with 3.0.15 (which is supported with 5.6)

    Thanks,

    /Gerold

    Gerold

The support for classic theme is only dependent on ICN and would not be removed "mid-release". So, as long as ICN 3.1 is in support, classic theme will be available in ICN 3.1.
