I have IBM Storwize V3700 2072 24C . There are multiple issues those are given below:

1. All HDD are degraded status.

2.  The right canister is not working and Battery is also offline. I found multiple errors. I can not understand, what is an actual issue? 

Please help me.

Node2 (Canister 2. Right) is offline. Mostly due to controller board or pci bus failure. 
All HDD are degraded because one of the controllers offline
