I have 2 licenses IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 Standard & IBM SPSS Statistics Base 24.0 with different downgrade versions (e.g. 25, 24, 23,22...etc)

Does Higher version licenses cover downgrade version?

Does IBM SPSS Statistics Base 26.0 products can cover under IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 Standard ? or need to buy separate licenses for both?

Please suggest me on this.

SPSS Version 24 and SPSS version 26 (or 22,23,25 etc.) are two different versions and both need their own authorization code for licensing.

Therefore you cannot use a code for release 24 to license SPSS 26 and vice versa. So the answer is no: you cannot downgrade the code to license another version.

Furthermore, The SPSS IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 Standard edition include more modules as only the Base module of IBM SPSS Statistics Base 26.0.

A license for Standard Edition means you will have Base, Regression, Advanced Statistics and Custom tables module for your SPSS Statistics 24 release. But for the release 26 Base entitlement you will only have base module and no other modules.
