    The downloaded documen has 23 pages, but the page number at the bottom of the pages show 78 pages.

    When I download, it's 24 pages. I'm wondering whether you are using a different page layout. If this happens based on the application being used to read, the pages will change their numbering, but I believe that the ToC will keep the original numbers until you manually refresh.
