I'd like to set a reminder task in my chatbot, which will then auto pop-out at the specified time. How can it be done?

Aileen,

  To do something like this you need to provide your own "orchestration layer", and have that handle the timer and the presenting of the UI as an auto pop-out.  You would then use all of the chatbot functionality from your orchestration layer using the Watson Assistant API (either the v1 API or the v2 API).
