I am not sure what the issue with TechZone is, but do you reserve techzone, which you can do only for a short span, build something on it and then export/move to another techzone instance? Why are you not using a Trial version of watsonx Orchestrate in IBM Cloud? That will be available for 30 days and will do exactly what the techzone instance is doing, It's fully functional instance of Orchestrate for 30 days. And you can have multiple in different resource groups. Any reason why you don't want to use these?

Literally 6 weeks of work I have to now place into a backup environment. The project delays with this build have unbelievable at points it was working fine all day then around 5pm fell over and everything stopped communicating properly. Literally hours troubleshooting rewriting prompts I was meant to be finishing off workflows today not watch Orchestration collapse then attempt to rebuild it. And the same issue is recurring.

I am so so angry. 2 days before a pilot demo IBM's Orchestrate servers start playing up in Techzone. I provisioned a new environment and have started working within that but the same issue is recurring. It is a system problem not a prompting issue. All Orchestration features failed and the agents all suddenly couldn't communicate. Literally spent my entire bank holiday Monday working on this.

Thanks John. Glad that you were able to do it.
in future, you can very well replace your watsonx Assistant agent with another native wxo agent.

Thank you for the feedback, and that is what I have done. I have added the assistant as a collaborator agent to my supervisor agent and will embed the code for the supervisor into the user facing webchat, which means when users speak to the supervisor it can call the assistant to answer general questions as an agent, and also call the other agents for other tasks that also allow law firms a lot of enhancement in the workflow eg like new client intake.

Hi John,
The integration should be other way around. You can add watsonx Assistant as an Agent to watsonx Orchestrate.
All your agents can be orchestrated via watsonx orchestrate. Doing it using watsonx Assistant and calling wxo agent is not recommended.
watsonx Orchestrate should be your main and all others integrate with it.
