What you provided is the correct default password for an on-premise VM appliance. Unfortunately if you lose your accessmgr password you need to open an IBM support case and they will assist you to regain access. They'll ask you for the passkey which you can obtain from cli command: support show passkey accessmgr.

Thank you for the information, Wendy. I am using an on-premise VM appliance running Guardium 12.1. I don't know why I cannot log in with the accessmgr account. I am currently using the cli account via SSH and the admin account via the GUI. I need to configure additional users and integrate LDAP, but I don't know how to access the accessmgr account.

Is this a cloud or on-premise vm appliance?
You cannot assign the accessmgr role to the admin account and you cannot grant accessmgr role and admin role to the same user.
