    Please can someone help? I urgently need to get back into my Blueworks blueprint and complete the process flow. 

    Really frustrating that I got kicked out and cannot get back in again.

    I've tried on several laptops and via VPN but nothing is working.

    Incredibly annoying I can't speak to someone in person.

    This is the best way to contact IBM in these situations.
