The earlier CSS method to freeze header row and columns is not working with Cognos analytics due to browser compatible changed to standard mode hence CSS expressions are not working.

Can you help me with alternative options for freezing top row and first column in both list/crosstab in non-interactive mode. I tried to use JavaScript including jquery, row freezing working fine but facing performance issue with column freezing.

Currently, for non-interactive mode, users can freeze the headings on a list if they right-click on the header. I've attached a screenshot.
