We want to visualize in 1 graph an Average Handling Time for 1 Team, together with the AHT for a Team Group  (same dimension where the hierarchy of Team Group is higher than Team, Team Group> Teams)

We try to solve this with an average ([expression] for [expression]) calculation in combination with  a list visualization. This is because this function doesn't work with the regular filters in the top (All/This tab)bar.

If I leave out the repeat (column) in the graph, the calculation is not working. The Team and Employee numbers are the same?

I have to put in an expression in the Repeat Column for it to work.

But this is not the end solution I want. I want the list filters to filter and not to Highlight.

So that leaves me with 3 questions:

1. Is there a solution for bypassing the filters in the top?
2. Is in this case the Summary filter the best way to bypass the filters in the top, or are there better suggestions?
3. If we have to use the List - Visualization filters in stead of the main filters, how can we Filter the the Data instead of Highlighting the Data?
