After Migrate ICN v30.9 and CPE v5.5.6 to the new Linux server v7.9, the thumbnail is not working please help me to fix this issue.

From your description we do not see what the issue is, we vaguely see a symptom...

Can you use the thumbnails from bevore the migration?

Are thumbnail requests generated ?

Is the WAS log clean?

and much more research needs to be done..

Whenever we enable Auditing FileNet users not able to retrieve documents and also thumbnail is not working can you please advise me how can i fix this issue.
