  • 1.  End User Role/Permission for access to Bill of IT

    Hi all,

    One of my Apptio One customers would like to provide access to only Bill of IT to their end user. What is the most relevant role for this requirement?

    From the file attached, I believe Business Consumer would be the best fit. Thoughts?

    If I were to create a customised role for this requirement - can you please help me understand what permissions can be assigned to the user

    Cloning Business Consumer and adding "ViewBusinessRelationshipReports" and "ViewServiceProviderReports" should work.

    But you also need to setup Report level permissions so this role can only access the reports that you want to show
