  • 1.  Do Maximo Spatial Support ArcGIS Online?

    Dear all,

    We have ArcGIS Online account but not ArcGIS Enterprise, and we can publish features layers onto the ArcGIS Online account through ArcGIS Pro.

    Can we configure Maximo Spatial through Map Manager using ArcGIS Online only? Or we must have an ArcGIS Enterprise installed on prem?

    Hi, yes, you have to configure using the webmap configuration instead of via services

    Is there a guide to this setup anywhere??????

    I would be curious for a Guide for the Maximo side and then one for the ArcGIS side to best configure it to work well with Maximo Integration?

    For AGOL, you have to
    1. Create a webmap, get the webmap ID (the long alphanumeric code),
    2. Register an App with a client Id and secret for authentication if you don't want it to be public to access the map
    3.  have an AGOL user that is not SSO (so an 'ArcGIS login'), like a 'service account' for Maximo and enter that for all secured services
