Please provide some solution to the below issue.

We have a doors modules where external links are created to applications link ALM-RTC. If the description/name is changed at the ALM side it is not updated in DOORS.

Is there any utility to update the link description in DOORS Side?

I uploaded a script I wrote long time ago for that specific need.

(I also put that script in the support case you raised).

In your broken links, in which application the links are missing ? DOORS or RTC ?
