Hi,

In the Removed and deprecated features in 12.0.4 page, it is written that portal pages are deprecated, and will be soon removed. 

I've seen nothing about this removal in v12.1.2 documentation. 

Do you have any recommendations on migrating or replacing portal pages?

my recommendation is replacing portal pages with layout component references. Create a reference report containing a block of text items with drill-throughs to replace the page switchers. Then create a block of filters to replace the widget conntections.

If you take a bit care about the layout, the result will look much more modern than the portal pages. Our users like it.

Hi,

We use portal tabs and assign this to the user based on their role that is assigned from our external system custom log in. Is there a modern way to replicate this?  Right now, we are on 12.1.2 using legacy mode.
