  • 1.  Data Table Utilities app installation fails with quay.io manifest 401 error

    Hello Team,

    We are trying to install the Data Table Utilities app in IBM QRadar SOAR, but the installation is failing with the following error:

    failed to pull and unpack image ... unexpected status from HEAD request to https://quay.io/... : 401

    We tested this in multiple environments, including our client environment, and we are seeing the same issue everywhere. There is no proxy configured, and the environment is not air-gapped.

    We suspect the issue may be related to the app package, container image, or Python/runtime compatibility.

    Could someone please confirm:

    • Whether this app requires a specific Python version
    • Whether there is any known issue with the current Data Table Utilities release
