    ​CM-REQ-4346 An error occurred while updating the object '/configuration/archiveLocation[@name='Reports']' when trying to save a report to the file system in the shared folder.

    cognos 11.0.9

    in cognos configuration, global configuration the archive location file system root is set, the save reports output ot the file system is set to true. we have set it up multiple times. have tried ip, dsn, even local mapped drive. nothing works. the folder location is local to the cognos server and we set the folder permission in the file system to Everyone.

    Any ideas? My implementations guy has done this maybe 100 times and this one is giving him trouble. It is an existing customer and not a new setup.
