I recently joined this group because I am seriously aiming to build a professional career in IBM Maximo, with a focus on Real Estate & Facilities Management, Asset Planning, street lighting assets, and TRIRIGA integration.

I am currently at the beginning of my learning journey, and what I am really looking for is a clear and structured roadmap to follow step by step toward becoming a professional in this field.

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on:

• Where should I start as a complete beginner in IBM Maximo?

• What is the exact learning path I should follow from beginner to advanced level?

• Which key skills should I focus on in each stage to build strong expertise?

My goal is not just to learn randomly, but to follow a well-defined path that leads me to real professional competence in Enterprise Asset Management.

Start with basic Enterprise Asset Management concepts like assets, work orders, and maintenance. Then learn core IBM Maximo modules such as Assets, Work Management, and Inventory. After that move into configuration like workflows, security, and automation scripts. Finally specialize in areas like Facilities, asset planning, and TRIRIGA integration.

Focus on hands on practice at every step and follow this path foundation then core usage then advanced configuration and specialization.
