Can any one have kind of check list to perform upgrade project in a proper manner??If yes could any one share please.
I am looking for kind of document where we can track sequence of steps to check/mark to complete the upgrade steps to higher versions in generic way(IS,TN,Broker,Designer)??

How you are planning the upgrade? i.e in the same server or different server?
what is the OS? windows or linux?
what is the database you are having ?
