Can you please go into more detail about your actual requirement?
If i understand correctly what you are asking, yes you can do a bulk change of work orders while having a safety message before pressing OK, but you need to implement something custom in order to have such a safety message.
When clicking on the Change Status action, you can display a Yes/No dialog box like: "Are you sure you want to continue? Yes/No". If the user clicks on Yes, the status change can be done, if the user clicks on No, the status change is Canceled.
