    Hi Team,

    I need your assistance regarding an issue in IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps v4.6.*.

    The policy is being executed successfully.

    The Slack ChatOps integration test also works fine

    However, real alerts from policies are not appearing in Slack.

    Could you please help investigate the following?
