    Hi Experts,

    when we are trying to login in MWS with administrator we are getting black screen and in logs getting below error:

    [POP.003.0025] administrator cannot view the content of get_folder.
    com.webMethods.portal.mech.access.PortalAccessException: [POP.003.0025] administrator cannot view the content of get_folder.
    at com.webMethods.portal.mech.access.impl.AccessMechanics.checkAccess(AccessMechanics.java:282)
    at com.webMethods.portal.framework.dispatch.DispatchManager.handle(DispatchManager.java:501)
    at com.webMethods.portal.framework.dispatch.DispatchManager.handleDispatch(DispatchManager.java:434)
    at com.webMethods.portal.framework.impl.PortalServlet.service(PortalServlet.java:321)
    at javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:770)

    did any one face this issue and please let me know how we can troubleshot this.

    Hi Miki,

    are you able to login with sysadmin?

    You can then check the permissions in permission management.

    Was this working previously or not?
    If it was working previously, were there any changes on the instance?

    Please provide your wM version for further investigations.

    Hi Holger,

    Yes, I am able to login with sysadmin and did check the permissions of get_folder and permission management as well they look good.

    Yes, it was working fine until we got DB connectivity issue and MWS got down several times.
    no change in an instance.

    we are in 9.7 version with the latest fix.
    we are also getting error:

    com.webMethods.portal.mech.access.PortalAccessException: [POP.003.0025] webm_clusteruser cannot view the content of command.

    Hi Miki,

    please check the_full_.log upon starting the MWS for error messages related to db.

    Please check if the latest MWS-Fix requires an updated database script fix and get the schema migrated accordingly.

    In case of really bad luck you will have to uninstall MWS, get the MWS database schema recreated and reinstall MWS.
