Hi, Is there any way we can make an inbox queue workitem is accessible to other users without Reassigning, We have a business requirement to make the workitem accessible to other users in case the user is away/Not Available. Please suggest.

Work in the inbox is bound to a particular user and normal users will not see work in another user's in-basket.

An administrator can re-assign work to a different user.

In addition, you can set an out-of-office delegate so that new work is assigned to the delegate while out-of-office is enabled.
