Pam has been with Ironside since 2015, delivering sophisticated advanced analytics solutions. She now leads a team of data scientists with deep expertise across industries and platforms. Pam also works closely with the Advisory team at Ironside to deliver AI-centric roadmaps and use case discovery projects to ensure success of our clients in their path toward AI adoption. Pam has also provide mentoring and training to clients in specific technologies and data science best practices.
Pam's background is in teaching and academic research. She received a PhD in Developmental Psychology from the University of Connecticut where she taught Statistics, Research Methodology and Psychometric courses. She transitioned to consulting at IQVIA where she delivered advanced analytics in market research to pharmaceutical clients.
