    Hello, I am learning data science from Coursera offer by IBM. I followed the direction to create a project in watson studio
    . But I am stacked with resource creation. it shows that without paying, I can not use that. I used http://dataplatform.cloud.ibm.com/ to create an account. what to do now?

    If you already have IBM account then login with it and select lite plan which is free and click on create.
