Hello ! Please I am trying to download and install CPLEX freely as a student.
But, after registering with my Institution contact email, which was recognized by IBM, I clicked on the download button in the download link. Unfortunately nothing didn't start as a downloading action...
Can you please give some help or advice for downloading CPLEX ?
