Decision Optimization

Hello,

I am trying to open the CPLEX Optimization Studio but am getting an error. When I click on it to open, the loading screen pops up but instead of opening it gives me an error and tells me to check a log located in my C drive. The log then shows this error:

!ENTRY org.eclipse.help 4 0 2021-09-03 13:53:41.229 !MESSAGE Required attribute "label" missing from "topic" element in "/ilog.odms.cplex.help/toc.xml" (skipping element).

I have uninstalled and reinstalled CPLEX but I'm still getting the same error message. Does anyone know what the issue could be? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
