Academic version, Problem size limits exceeded, CPLEX code=1016

    Hi,
    I have installed the Academic version of CPLEX_Studio1210, but get the following error message:
    Problem size limits exceeded, CPLEX code=1016

    I have followed the guidelines provided by IBM by implying $ cd /Applications/CPLEX_Studio1210/cplex/python/3.7/x86-64_osx in the terminal before the command python setup.py install.

    The installation seems to be complete, thence the following output in terminal:
    $ /Applications/CPLEX_Studio1210/cplex/bin/x86-64_osx/cplex

    Welcome to IBM(R) ILOG(R) CPLEX(R) Interactive Optimizer 12.10.0.0
    with Simplex, Mixed Integer & Barrier Optimizers
    5725-A06 5725-A29 5724-Y48 5724-Y49 5724-Y54 5724-Y55 5655-Y21

    Does anyone know how to fix this error as I still get the error message even though I have the academic license?
